1. Data we collect

Full name, work email address, job title, organisation name, country/region, and programme interest when you register, enquire or download resources. Usage data via Google Analytics.

2. How we use your data

To process registrations and payments; send waitlist and cohort communications; deliver requested resources and newsletters; respond to enquiries; improve our website. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data storage & processors

Odoo CRM (Odoo SA) · Stripe Inc. (payments) · Google Analytics 4 (analytics) · Odoo Email Marketing. All processors operate under data processing agreements.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Email: info@apes2worc.com. We respond within 30 days.

Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By registering for any APES2WORC programme or service, you agree to these Terms. They apply to all registrations, corporate bookings, waitlist sign-ups, and resource downloads.

2. Cancellation & refunds

Full refund if requested more than 7 days before cohort date. Transfer to future cohort within 7 days. No refund after session begins. Corporate booking cancellation terms included in each booking agreement.

3. Intellectual property

All content, frameworks, materials and recordings remain the intellectual property of APES2WORC and The Adaptive Leadership Blueprint. Participants may not reproduce, distribute or sell content without written permission. Frameworks PDFs are licensed for personal use only.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes: courts of Dubai, UAE.
